With an aim to enhance customer support experience, we have upgraded our Helpdesk Portal (Ticketing System) to the newest version. This comes with major changes in its underlying technology supporting the latest patches, thus improving Data Security. Data Safety is very important to us & as a result of this upgrade, the Helpdesk & Billing System have been separated to ensure that we continue to maintain a high level of security. Although they are on separate platforms, you can login to the Helpdesk Portal using your Client Area (Billing Portal) credentials.

Support tickets will be accessible through the Helpdesk Portal (Ticketing System), i.e.

To view your account or pay any outstanding invoice, please login to your Client Area (Billing Portal). i.e.

Please report any issues with the new ticketing system to our Technical Support Team.
